All appointments are best scheduled through our online booking system to ensure instant confirmation.

Appointment Scheduling & Pricing
Rescheduling & Cancellation Fees
Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time will result in cancellation, classified as a no-show, and incur a full-service fee.
Changes made within 72 hours of your appointment will incur a $30 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled services.
Same-day changes and no-shows (within 24 hours) may result in additional fees.
Pricing Notice
Service pricing is based on hair density, length, product usage, and time required, and is subject to change.
Prices listed online are starting rates only and do not reflect final service costs.
Previous service pricing does not guarantee current or future pricing.
Service Selection & Consultations
When booking, select the exact services you require so we can allocate the appropriate amount of time for your visit.

Consultations are available by appointment only and must be booked online.
Consultations are not conducted via phone, text, or email.
Appointment Timing & Studio Flow
Appointments are scheduled back-to-back; please do not plan to start your service before your scheduled time.
Allow additional time for your appointment; some services may take longer than expected, resulting in a longer visit.
Studio Attire, Allergies & Care
A protective cape is always provided. Please keep the cape on throughout your service to protect your clothing from stains.
During color services, dye may transfer onto clothing. Please select attire you won’t mind staining, as we are not responsible for any accidental marks.
Bulky or long earrings and jewelry around the ears can interfere with certain service steps, potentially causing discomfort or loss of pieces. We recommend removing these accessories if they may impact your service.
Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities before your color is applied. We offer an ammonia-free, gentler dye option for sensitive scalps.
Client Cooperation During Haircut Services
During haircut services, please remain seated upright, avoid crossing your legs, and keep your head in the positions directed by your stylist.
Proper posture and stillness are essential to achieve straight lines and balanced graduation tailored to your head shape.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in an uneven or unbalanced haircut.
Health & Safety Protocols
We maintain strict sanitation standards: all tools and surfaces are disinfected between clients.
If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.
We adhere to current local health guidelines and may require face covering when mandated.
Companion Policy
Guests—whether children or adults—who are not receiving services must remain in the lobby.
No companions are permitted in the service room to ensure safety, focus, and a calm environment.
Code of Conduct & Studio Etiquette
Our guests enjoy a relaxing, professional atmosphere. Please keep conversations and phone usage to a respectful volume.
Outside food is not allowed, but non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.
Disruptive behavior or smoking is not permitted in service areas.
Color & Highlight Quality & Aftercare
All color and highlight services are performed with high-quality professional products.
We recommend using premium, salon-grade products for at-home aftercare to keep the hair cuticle sealed.
Using inappropriate products can lead to color shifts or premature fading. Robledo Studio is not responsible for color changes resulting from at-home product use.
Liability Waiver
Clients must disclose any allergies, prior to chemical treatments, or at-home processes before service.
Certain combinations of chemicals, natural hair integrity, or undisclosed conditions may lead to unintended results such as color not processing correctly, hair breakage, or damage.
Robledo Studio is not responsible for any chemical damage arising from undisclosed information or natural hair characteristics.
Payment & Deposit
A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. This secures your time in the schedule and ensures our cancellation policies are upheld.
